When is the order placed and how can I change the contents of my order?
Orders are placed directly in the online store. Once you click on the "Order with obligation to pay" button to submit your order via the online store, the contract is concluded. We will confirm receipt of your order and conclusion of the contract by email.
After placing your order, changes to the order content can only be made by mutual agreement and only if we have not yet shipped the order.
If you have not yet received information that your order has been shipped, you can order additional items. Please call our customer service line at 491 482 386. It is not advisable to place additional orders via our website, as this will prevent us from refunding duplicate shipping costs.
What are the payment terms? Is cash on delivery always available?
After placing your order, you are required to pay the order price within five days.
If the goods are shipped outside the European Economic Area, you are responsible for paying taxes, fees, and customs duties in your destination country, as well as all associated costs.
In exceptional cases, we may refuse to pay for the order by cash on delivery. We will always inform you of this in advance, and in such cases you have the option to withdraw from the contract.
When and how will you deliver my goods?
When placing your order, you can choose how you would like your goods to be delivered.
We will deliver your goods as soon as possible (if in stock) – usually within 3 working days, but no later than 30 days. If we fail to meet this deadline, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
What restrictions apply to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus?
In accordance with the sanctions imposed, you undertake not to sell, export or import goods purchased from us to the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. If you sell the goods to other persons, you are obliged to ensure that they also comply with this restriction.
How can I withdraw from the contract?
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods. The contracts from which withdrawal is not possible are listed in the full terms and conditions. We may withdraw from the contract at any time until you receive the goods from us.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we prefer that you use our form available in the "Returns" tab or at the link here.
After withdrawing from the contract, you will return the goods, including any gifts and bonuses, if we have provided any, at your own expense, within 14 days of withdrawal. We prefer that you return the goods to ARMYSHOP.CZ, s.r.o, Studénka 160, 549 31 Velké Poříčí.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but not before you return the goods or provide proof that the goods have been sent to us.
If you use the goods beyond what is necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature, characteristics, and functionality, you are responsible for any reduction in value. Simply put, treat the goods as if you were trying them out in a brick-and-mortar store.
Complaints about defective goods?
If you have entered into a purchase agreement as a consumer, you can file a complaint with us if the goods were defective upon delivery. You can complain about these defects within 2 years of receipt (1 year for used goods).
The complaint process can be completed primarily using the form available in the "Complaints" tab or at the link here.
When making a complaint, please let us know what defects you have found in the goods and how you would like the complaint to be resolved. You can request either a repair or a replacement. We will comply with your request unless the chosen method is impossible or disproportionately expensive compared to the other method. If we refuse to repair or replace the goods, you are entitled to a discount or withdrawal from the contract.
We prefer that you send the goods to be claimed to the address of our place of business, i.e. ARMYSHOP.CZ, s.r.o, Studénka 160, 549 31 Velké Poříčí.
After you file a complaint, we'll issue a complaint report and handle it without any unnecessary delays. Complaints will be handled within 30 days of the date the complaint was filed.
But keep in mind that we can't always honor complaints. In particular, we will not accept complaints if the defects are caused by normal use or if you have caused the defect yourself. Similarly, if you send us the goods in a condition that does not allow us to assess and remove the defect (dirty, without the accessories necessary for assessing the defect), we will reject the complaint and request rectification.
