Not satisfied with one of our products? No problem. Simply exchange or return it. Online, free of charge, and in no time.

We will guide you through the exchange and return process in four easy steps.

Log in to your account. Not registered? No problem, you can load your order using its number.
Select the products you want to return or exchange. Different size or color? Completely different product? No problem.
Check, add any notes, and the account number to which we will return any overpayment.
Send us your package – you can use our shipping service or any other method you prefer.

How and where can I return the goods?

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. Returning goods is easy. Simply fill out the online return form and send it via Czech Post or another courier service at your own expense. Please send the goods unused and in their original packaging. Thank you!

How long will it take to get my money back?

Once the goods arrive with us, we will just check to see if they are damaged in any way and if they are ok, we will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the delivery of the package.

Is it possible to exchange the returned goods for another product from the e-shop?

It is of course possible to exchange the goods. Go to the online form for returning and exchanging goods and then just follow the instructions for exchanging the goods that appear on the form. You will only have to pay the difference in price, if you have overpaid, the form will ask you to enter your account number to which we will refund the amount. The same rules apply for exchanges as for returns. The goods you are returning must be unused and in their original packaging. Thank you!
