I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Most of the time, the customer gives the wrong email or makes a typo. Do not hesitate to contact us at our customer service line and together we will correct it.
I HAVE AN ORDER - CAN I ORDER ANYTHING ELSE?
If you have not yet received the information that the order has already been shipped, it is not a problem to order additional goods. Call us on our customer service line 491 482 386. It is not advisable to create additional orders through our website - this will prevent subsequent refunds for double postage.
CAN I PICK UP THE GOODS IN PERSON? DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, personal collection is not possible as we have no branch. This option is better replaced if you choose the most suitable drop-off point when selecting a carrier, e.g. PPL - drop-off points, SHIPPING - drop-off points, PACKAGING - drop-off points

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
In this short article, we will give you advice on how to navigate the clothing size charts in our stores . By taking your time to look at the size charts on items, you reduce the chance of unnecessarily sending items back for size exchange and take the worry out of the otherwise convenient online clothes shopping experience.
HOW TO PROCEED
When choosing the correct size, we recommend the following steps before placing your order:
(a) choose from your wardrobe the same item (type) of clothing you are purchasing
b) spread it out on a flat surface so that it is not wrinkled
c) measure (preferably with a tailor's tape measure) the parts of the garment according to the diagrams below. Measure the garment loosely, do not stretch it.
d) Compare the measurements with the size chart on the product detail page.

- The numerical values given in the tables are generally in "cm" (unless otherwise stated in the table).
We try to measure clothes ourselves and not rely on manufacturers' information, which may not always be correct. Therefore, you may come across goods that do not have a size chart at all or that are missing some unmeasured sizes. In this case we will be glad if you let us know in any way. If the product is in stock, we will resize and replenish it. - Despite all the attention, the actual measurements may differ slightly from the size charts. Tolerance must be taken into account.
- Please pay attention to the sizes of the goods, even if you are buying a different type of goods from us , even if they are from the same manufacturer. The data for one size (e.g. M) may vary from model to model.

HOW CAN I COMPLAIN?
For a simple and quick complaint, please fill in the online complaint form. If you have purchased as a logged-in customer, you will see all items that are still under warranty on the form.
